About the role

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable team members ready to provide hands-on care in a supportive, team-focused environment. At Dallas Retirement Village, our CNAs play a critical role in helping residents feel safe, respected, and cared for every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CNA license in the State of Oregon, or ability to obtain within required timeline
• Current BLS CPR certification preferred
• Ability to understand, follow instructions, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to document care accurately
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
