Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and transportation throughout the facility
• Record vital signs, weights, food intake, and other resident information
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Assist residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain clean, organized, and comfortable resident rooms
• Support restorative and rehabilitative care programs
• Ensure resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care

Requirements

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• Ability to provide compassionate and quality resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable attendance and professional work ethic
• Ability to follow care plans and facility procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR Certification
• Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
