About the role

As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be a cornerstone of patient care, directly contributing to comfort, safety, and recovery by providing essential support under RN direction. Every day, you will deliver compassionate basic care, assist with patient transport, and actively contribute to the patient's plan of care as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, upholding the highest standards of conduct and patient well-being. To be successful in this role, you will possess a dedicated spirit of service, strong communication skills, a meticulous approach to patient support, and an unwavering commitment to our mission of dignified, high-quality healthcare. Under the direction and supervision of the Licensed Practitioner, RN or LPN, you will participate in the nursing process which includes assess, plan, implement, and evaluate. The nursing process is an ongoing process that can end at any stage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the assessment of the health status of patients.
• Contribute to the plan of care through observation, data collection, and communication of findings to the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide basic patient care activities based on the plan of care and as delegated.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and communicate findings to the appropriate team member.
• Document care provided in the patient’s record.
• Assist with patient transport.
• Uphold the highest standards of conduct and patient well‑being.

Requirements

• Successful completion of the 75‑hour state‑approved Nursing Assistant course (required if hired after April 30, 1998).
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification (NE).
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.

Pay

$17.24 – $24.35 per hour
