This position will be supporting our 28 bed SNF.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the care of seniors in a skilled nursing facility
- Working as part of a collaborative team
Requirements
- Valid Oregon CNA license
- One year of experience in long-term care preferred
- Familiarity with SNF policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills

$21.00 - $26.60 /hour DOE
Schedule
Eve 2pm-10pm - Rotating Schedule Weekdays & Every Other Weekend
