About the role

We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team at Five Counties Nursing Home in Lemmon, South Dakota. Positions available include both part-time and full-time CNA roles.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents who require assistance with daily activities
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Help with medication administration under supervision
• Support residents with meals and nutrition
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of living spaces

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for part-time positions)
• Passing background check

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
