About the role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team providing care and support to residents in our vibrant community. This position offers evening shift work from 3PM-11PM.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities of living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report on resident health and wellbeing
- Participate in team meetings to discuss resident care plans
- Follow infection control protocols and assist with cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
