About the role

We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Strand-Kjorsvig Rest Home in Roslyn, South Dakota. Our facility provides care for individuals who can no longer take care of themselves.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Administer medications as directed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of living areas

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Passing score on a background check

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate personality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual labor

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
