CNA
Responsibilities
- Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care.
- Give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs.
- Aid in activities of daily living such as showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming.
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
Requirements
- Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required.
- Maintain certification.
Qualifications
Brookdale South Bay is seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors. Applicants must possess a valid State CNA/STNA certification and be able to pass a background check.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also important. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key qualities for this role.

Pay
Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Schedule
Shifts available include 11p-7a, 1st Shift - Full Time/Part Time, 2nd Shift - Full Time/Part Time, 3rd Shift - Part Time/Full Time, and Per Diem. Temporary associates may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
