About the role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-NAR at Benedictine, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents daily. You will operate on the front lines ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect, and choices within their lives. Your responsibilities include providing direct resident care, reporting condition changes to RNs or LPNs, and charting in the POC system. You must demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
Requirements
- Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Have good communication skills
- Read, write, and communicate in English
- Hold BLS Certification
