About the role

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our outstanding healthcare team!

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents.
• Assist residents with or perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Ambulate and transfer residents as needed.
• Assist licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment, Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents, Behavioral care / memory care experience.

Schedule

Full Time Morning Shift: 6:30am-3pm

Pay

Salary Range: $21-$23 per hour
Sign Bonus: $5000
