About the role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. As a CNA, you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers.
• Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.

Pay

Salary range: $23-$25 per hour.

Full-time and part-time positions available.
