The company is a Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency in Miami-Dade County, dedicated to providing Concierge-level, personalized healthcare services at the highest level of care to elders and their families.

Responsibilities

• Providing care to clients in their own homes.
• Performing homemaking responsibilities, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and making beds.
• Using fall prevention techniques to ensure clients' safety at all times.
• Monitoring the health of clients by checking vitals and reminding them of their medications.
• Offering personal care assistance, such as grooming, dressing, and bathing support.
• Becoming companions for clients by running errands, getting mail, playing games, and more.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Experience Caring for Older Adults.
• 2+ Years of Homecare Experience Required.
• 2 Professional and 1 Personal References.
• A Valid Florida Driver's License.
• Automobile Insurance and a Valid CPR Card.
• Reliable Source of Transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks, and drug screens.
• Able to lift 20+ pounds daily, stand for long periods, and maintain balance.
