About the role
Strawberry Point Lutheran Home is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their Memory Care Manor. This 16-bed unit specializes in care for residents with dementia.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care in a secure environment
- Help residents engage in activities that support their well-being and quality of life
Requirements
- Current CNA certificate in Iowa
- Experience in memory care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to resident needs
- Able to work independently and as part of the care team
