We specialize in onsite rehabilitation services to help our patients regain their independence and return to their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization
• Documenting care provided
• Obtaining and recording vital signs
• Identifying and communicating changes with nursing
• Anticipating a safe and caring living environment
• Providing respect and dignity to our residents

Requirements

• Arizona CNA license
• Level one Fingerprint card
• CPR certification
