About the role

We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our outstanding healthcare team!

Responsibilities

• Put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents.
• Under the direction of a licensed nurse, assist residents with or perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Ambulate and transfer residents as needed.
• Assist licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice to have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience

Pay

Salary Range: Starting Rate: $25 per hour

Schedule

Details on schedule will be provided upon hire.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.
