CNA All Shifts Available

Location: Memory Care Center at Claremore

Department: Nursing • Reports to: Director of Nursing • Full-time hourly position

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a clinical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility issues, including transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist with feeding, meal preparation, and provide companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care.

Schedule

• 11 PM to 7 AM, 4 days on / 2 days off
• Weekend doubles
• Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM
