About the role

Provides care to residents as established in the management's policies and procedures. The Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A) must possess comprehensive knowledge of good resident care practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to residents following established policies and procedures.
• Assist residents who are partially or totally dependent with daily activities.

Requirements

• Must have completed an approved training program for Certified Nurse Assistant.
• Must have passed competency examinations for Certified Nurse Assistant.

Physical Requirements

• Good physical and mental health.
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Capability to rotate and assist residents with varying levels of dependency.
