The Role

The Beatitudes Campus is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support residents during their 6a-6:30p shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The position offers a competitive salary of $26.52 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility needs.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited CNA training program.
• Certification from the Arizona State Board of Nursing within four months of graduation.
• Pass skills competency assessment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
