CNA - 2nd Shift

Located in the beautiful Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin, we provide exceptional long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults.

About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant performs person-centered personal care for residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Every day, CNAs have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, fostering genuine connections and creating vibrant communities where seniors can thrive.

Schedule

• Full-Time Evening Shift (PM): 8-hour shifts, every other weekend rotation
• Full-Time Overnight Shift (NOC): 8-hour shifts, every other weekend rotation
• Casual/PRN: All shifts, flexible schedule to meet your needs

Pay

$19.30–$24.00/hour, based on experience. Additional compensation includes:

• Shift differential for PM and NOC shifts
• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 8 hours in a shift
• Sign-on bonus available
