What You'll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct care and support that allows residents to experience the highest possible quality of life. Responsibilities Include Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and daily living activitiesAssisting residents during meals and dining experiencesResponding promptly and compassionately to call lightsAssisting with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulationObserving and reporting changes in resident conditionDocumenting care accurately and timelySupporting residents and families emotionallyWorking collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team membersCreating meaningful moments and positive experiences for residents every day Most importantly, you'll treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect. Job Type Full time and part time available Requirements Every other weekend and rotating holidays required Required Qualifications Be certified by the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) as a C.N.A. in good standingMust be at least 18 years old Preferred Qualifications Experience working with individuals living with dementia, behavioral health challenges, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, or other specialized populations.
