Join the team at Friendship Village Chesterfield, a senior living community focused on providing exceptional care while supporting employees with a positive, team‑oriented work environment. We are hiring Part‑Time Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Provide support with daily living activities as needed.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate medication documentation and records.
- Support residents with compassionate, resident‑centered care.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- Active CMT certification in the state of Missouri.
- CPR certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate approach to resident care.
- Long‑term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required.

Pay
Shift differentials for Night Shift: $1.50 per hour during the week; $2.50 per hour on weekends.
Schedule
Night Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am, every other Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
