Requirements
- Current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another to support emotional well-being
- Create and maintain a safe environment where residents can thrive
- Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medications and maintain accurate medical records under the supervision of an RN or LPN
- Maintain medical records and documentation ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Transport residents to and from dining areas; assist with feeding as needed
- Make frequent rounds to check on residents’ needs and provide supervision of CNAs, ensuring proper resident care
- Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when needed and follow up on corrections as necessary
