CMP Trainer
New Hire Training
The Marketing Trainer conducts New Hire marketing training for the first 90 days, focusing on product knowledge, marketing strategies, customer service, quality, compliance, and productivity. They utilize the company's training program, Passport Blueprint, to deliver these courses.
- Works side-by-side with new hires at their marketing locations after graduation from the training class.
- Trains In-House marketers, Virtual Marketing, and existing marketing reps for the assigned area.
- Assesses new hire onboarding and performance, ensuring they achieve expected performance levels within 90 days.
- Partners with site marketing leadership and recruiting to assess new hire performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Supports the performance management process by providing weekly trainings to underperforming marketers.
- Tracks marketer performance and runs reports for performance management purposes.
- Serves as an active marketing partner, supporting operations at each location, inspecting processes, and ensuring QA audit standards are maintained.
- Provides coverage at Tour Reception to greet guests and inspect tour flow.
- Collaborates with site sales trainers, marketing, and sales leaders to create consistent presentation, tools, rollouts, and processes.
- Ensures a consistent experience from marketing to the sales floor.
Performance Management
The Marketing Trainer supports the performance management process by providing weekly trainings to any underperforming marketers. They track marketer performance and run reports for performance management purposes.
Site Support
The Marketing Trainer partners with site marketing leadership and recruiting to assess new hire onboarding and performance, ensuring new hires achieve expected performance levels within 90 days. They also assess broader opportunities relating to current marketing associate performance, marketing processes, and implement positive change.
Contests and Promotions
The Marketing Trainer promotes site and corporate contests, promotions, and Club Elite. They also assist with managing the Journey system and becoming the SME for it.
Financial Impact
The Marketing Trainer's role impacts the financial results of the site by ensuring new hires achieve expected performance levels within 90 days, assessing broader opportunities for performance improvement, and collaborating with sales trainers and leaders to create consistent processes and presentations.
