CMOA Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and may oversee work completed by project team.
• Responsible for staff engaged in planning and executing work procedures.
• Serve as main point of contact for the client.
• Responsible for schedule and timely completion of specific tasks within assigned projects.
• Analyze and resolve problems.
• Perform final billing review.
• Develop bidder lists for client to review.
• Serve as engineering liaison on issues that arise on construction sites.
• Verify that construction conforms to specifications in contract documents and applicable standards.
• May serve as project manager and/or technical lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass Mead & Hunt’s Vehicle Safety Program criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field plus four years of relevant experience OR
• Associate degree in construction management or related field plus six years of relevant experience OR
• No degree with at least eight years of relevant experience.

Pay

Salary range: $85,000 - $160,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
