Job Description
The Rate App, the second largest mortgage lender in the U.S., aims to become the leading financial services technology company by building a comprehensive wellness hub and expanding its consumer direct business. The goal is to get over 5 million App downloads within two years and cross-sell to these consumers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in B2C fintech, mortgage, or a consumer-driven industry.
- Deep expertise in digital performance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling customer acquisition engines.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and agencies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, ready to create and implement strategies without waiting for direction.
