Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Compiles and records data to compare records and reports on all aspects of facility maintenance.
- Adds production data from customer orders and work tickets.
- Assists with preparing written schedules by generating preventive maintenance work orders, and sorts/distributes work tickets as required.
- Collaborates with the work management process for assigned sites, including work reception, prioritization, planning, coordination, scheduling, assignment, tracking, completion, data entry, and other administrative actions.
- Affords support for corrective and preventive maintenance actions.
- Maintains the completeness, accuracy, and current status of CMMS data files.
- Performs quality control checks, maintains, and files completed work orders.
- May assist with purchasing and inventory functions, as needed.
- Supports daily office functions such as Purchase Orders, Task Orders, Invoicing/Billing.
- Backfills Service Center coverage when other staff is on leave/sick.
- Performs administrative assistant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 5+ years CMMS administrative experience
- Maximo/Archibus/eBuilder certification
- 2 years of experience performing similar duties, preferably on a federal facilities maintenance contract or a comparable platform
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Excel
- Tier 2 QC; 07:00-08:15 ECR drafting
- 2-workday PM close-out; same-next-day CMMS documentation discipline
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of production/planning data accumulation and reporting, either in the military services or in commercial applications
- Background in Intuit QuickBooks
- Knowledge of governing programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or established guidelines
- Analytical ability to define problems, collect necessary data, and establish facts, and to take or recommend action based upon applicable established guidelines
