Operates, maintains and programs

• Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), 3D Vision System, Single Axis Measuring device and various hand-tools to perform the following duties.
• Reads blueprints, GD&T symbology and apply principles to determine dimensions, tolerance specifications and proper setup for selected customer equipment.
• Sets up and orientates customer items on various measuring equipment in order to utilize fewest setups as possible for an efficient inspection process.
• Repeats process to cover all sections of customer items.
• Compares recorded measurements to blueprint dimensions and tolerances and notifies specified persons of discrepancies.
