About the role
Coordinates inspection activity and operates CMM to collect dimensional data.
Responsibilities
- Collects data from the checking fixture according to the control plan.
- Responsible for learning CMM Software.
- Runs validation and verification routines for production tools such as check fixtures, manual gauges, etc.
- Report any non-conformance detected in the production process to the Quality/Manufacturing Engineer.
- Identify potential causes for process variation.
- Responsible for dimensional control verification.
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of checking fixtures.
- Perform any other duty as deemed necessary or appropriate.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
