CMM Programmer/Operator

About the role

This role isn't about simply maintaining a CMM. It's about rebuilding processes, improving systems, and raising quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM equipment (PC-DMIS or similar)
• Take ownership of first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Develop and improve inspection processes-not just follow existing ones
• Collaborate with engineering and production to identify and resolve issues
• Support new product launches with effective inspection planning
• Contribute to elevating overall quality standards

Requirements

• Hands-on experience programming and operating CMMs
• Strong knowledge of GD&T
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and identify discrepancies
• Problem-solving skills on the production floor
• High attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
