CMM Programmer - Calypso

About the role

The CMM Programmer will operate machinery and collaborate with teams at the client's facility in Devens, MA, focusing on the medical device/defense/aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Work with quality inspectors to run machines and review customer drawings from other engineering teams.
• Understand requirements and program the machine accordingly to ensure proper operation.
• Navigate and resolve challenging issues that arise while working with the actual machine and software.
• Collaborate closely with machinists, operators, and quality inspectors to maintain product quality and efficiently resolve challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections.

Requirements

• Experienced CMM Programmer
• Self-starter
• Operating Machinery
• Experienced with GD&T principals
• Calypso
• Team collaboration: Work closely with machinists, operators, and quality inspectors to uphold product quality and resolve challenges efficiently.

Nice to have but not a must

• Zeiss CMM with Calypso
• Medical Device Experience
