AriensCo is looking for a CMM Programmer at our Brillion, WI location to support manufacturing quality through the development, maintenance, and execution of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs and advanced inspection methods. In this role, you will ensure products meet engineering specifications by creating inspection routines, performing complex dimensional analyses, and providing high-precision measurement data to support production and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and/or Calypso software
- Perform dimensional inspections using CMM equipment to verify compliance with engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
- Execute and support inspections using FARO arms, laser trackers, and handheld 3D scanning systems
- Analyze inspection results, generate reports, and communicate findings to engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
