About the role

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant II-III (CMA-II-III) to join our team at Benedictine. This position offers the opportunity to gain extensive experience that can enhance your career path.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a licensed nurse to administer medication and provide various treatments to residents in the community.
• Perform medication administration and other treatments under the direction of the licensed nurse.
• Provide direct resident care and accurately and timely document conditions or status changes to the licensed nurse.

Requirements

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have completed required training and meet the state requirements for medication administration.
• Must possess organizational skills, the ability to observe and report resident status, and implement the plan of care.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail.

Pay
