We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes overview, responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. Let's parse content. The posting text includes: - Intro: "If you are looking to make an impact..." etc. This is about the organization, mission. Could be "About the role" or "About the organization". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements (Education/Formal Training Requirements, Work Experience Requirements, Licenses And Certifications Requirements), Qualifications (maybe Knowledge, Skills And Abilities), Skills (maybe part of Knowledge, Skills And Abilities), Benefits (none explicit), Pay (none), Schedule (none). We should not create sections for Pay/Benefits/Schedule if not present. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading (not present). No Job ID. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content. Let's extract: About the role: The intro paragraphs describing mission, organization, "If you are looking to make an impact..." etc. Also "A Brief Overview" repeats some. So we can put that as About the role. Responsibilities: The "What You Will Do" section with many bullet-like sentences. We can turn each sentence into

  • . Requirements: Education/Formal Training Requirements, Work Experience Requirements, Licenses And Certifications Requirements. Could be combined under Requirements. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. Skills: maybe part of Knowledge, Skills And Abilities; but we could treat Knowledge, Skills And Abilities as Skills section. However instruction says we can use Skills heading if we have content. We have that content. We should not duplicate content. Let's structure:

    About the role

    ... (prose)

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...

    Requirements

    • Education/Formal Training: Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent; Preferred - Technical Degree or Diploma Medical Assistant
    • Work Experience: Required - Medical Assistant or similar 3-5 years

    Skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with patients, patient families and physicians in a tactful and professional manner.
    • Satisfactorily completes applicable competency assessments and skills checklist for Level 2; demonstrates proficiency in all measured areas.
    • Ability to begin the patient visit with eye contact, smile and greeting, while using the patient’s name.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Successful completion of assigned training and development programs for the role within the mandated time frame.

    • Demonstrated proficiency in motivational interviewing and teach back method techniques.
    • Ability to act quickly in emergency situations.
We could also include "Supervision Provided by this Position" maybe as a note but not a heading. Could be included in Responsibilities or Requirements? It's a statement: "There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities assigned to this position." Could be a

under Responsibilities or a separate note. Since it's not a list, we can put as

. Physical Demands: Could be part of Requirements? Might be considered as Requirements but not explicitly requested. The instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Demands not in list, but we could incorporate into Requirements as a

  • . However better to keep within Requirements maybe as a separate
  • . But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we should include Physical Demands somewhere. Could add a

    Physical Demands

but not in allowed headings list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive. So we could add Physical Demands if we want, but better to stick to given examples? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are typical but not exhaustive; we can use other headings if needed. However they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we incorporate Physical Demands into Requirements or Qualifications. Physical Demands details: "The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion. Must have good balance and coordination. The physical requirements of this position are: medium work - exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently. The Associate is required to have close visual acuity including color, depth perception, and field of vision to perform an activity, such as assessing patients, preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading. Frequent invasive and non-invasive patient contact. Exposure to patient body fluids as well as exposure to hazardous or poisonous materials." We can add as a
  • under Requirements. Also "Our Associates are passionate..." etc is more fluff; could be part of About the role. We need to remove duplicated lines: The "A Brief Overview" repeats earlier sentences; we should not duplicate. We'll just include unique content. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure no markdown fences, just raw HTML. Let's write:
