Required Traits and Characteristics
- Proficiency in administering medication with low error rate
- Teamwork approach with positive attitude
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
- Preference for experience as C.M.A in skilled nursing or LTC setting
- Valid C.M.A certification
