CM - Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily warehouse operations, including material handling, receiving, picking, shipping, and production support. Your work ensures materials are moved, stored, and delivered accurately to meet manufacturing and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and move materials within the warehouse
• Pick and stage materials for production and service orders
• Auxiliary with shipping and packing activities
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided)
• Perform system transactions related to material movement, receiving, and shipping
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Support cycle counting and inventory verification activities
• Complete tasks under the direction of the Warehouse Coordinator and Supply Chain Manager
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as needed

Requirements

• Ability to understand spoken instructions and communicate in English
• Strong reasoning skills and adaptability to changes in equipment or processes
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying conditions (hot, cold, dusty)
• Reliable attendance and willingness to take direction
• Forklift certified or willing to become certified

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred, previous warehouse or stockroom experience is a plus, basic computer skills and ability to perform system transactions, ability to read and follow instructions, and reliable attendance and willingness to take direction.
