About the role
The Clubhouse Services Associate is a versatile position responsible for working in the Men's Locker Room and the Welcome House. This role provides a safe and secure campus by monitoring and assessing traffic entering and exiting Club property while in the Welcome House, and maintains a clean and well-stocked locker room while working as a Locker Room Attendant.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist members, guests, and staff with a friendly attitude
- Monitor traffic entering and exiting the Club through the Welcome House
- Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming campus
- Provide shoe service to members and guests including replacing golf spikes and shoeshines
- Keep the Men's Locker Room clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assist members and guests with locker room needs and requests
- Pitch in wherever needed to help create a great experience for Members and Guests
Requirements

- Adaptable in a continuously changing, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
