Baltimore Country Club is actively searching for hard working, enthusiastic individuals to join our Clubhouse Services team! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CLUBHOUSE SERVICES ASSOCIATE: The Clubhouse Services Associate is a versatile position that is responsible for working in the Men's Locker Room and the Welcome House. Providing both a safe and secure campus by monitoring and assessing the traffic entering and exiting Club property while in the Welcome House and maintaining a clean and well stocked locker room while working as a Locker Room Attendant. Are you friendly, dependable, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment, this could be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members, guests, and staff with a friendly attitude.
• Monitor traffic entering and exiting the Club through the Welcome House.
• Help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming campus.
• Providing shoe service to the members and guests including replacing golf spikes and shoeshines.
• Keep the Men's Locker Room clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Assist members and guests with locker room needs and requests.
• Pitch in wherever needed to help create a great experience for Members and Guests

Qualifications

• You must have reliable transportation.
• Must be a quick thinker, vigilant, and effective problem solver.
• You must be able to work as a team player.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Must be adaptable in a continuously changing, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have a flexible schedule to work mornings, afternoon, evening, and weekends.
