Responsibilities
- Help monitor operations of a club or assigned area, especially during the absence of a manager and/or assistant manager.
- Help prepare reports of significant occurrences during the shift.
- Help ensure patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer issues.
- Help inspect and secure the facility at the end of the shift.
- Help maintain and enforce security for funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment, and property in accordance with directives and regulations.
- Help be alert to alcohol abuse and take appropriate action.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
- Must meet federal suitability requirements including successful completion of background investigation.
- Resumes must include information demonstrating experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position.
- A Qualified Candidate Possesses The Following:
- A minimum of one year experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, business operations, or equivalent leadership experience is required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales operations.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Ability to provide work direction to other employees.
