Club Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Help monitor operations of a club or assigned area, especially during the absence of a manager and/or assistant manager.
• Help prepare reports of significant occurrences during the shift.
• Help ensure patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer issues.
• Help inspect and secure the facility at the end of the shift.
• Help maintain and enforce security for funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment, and property in accordance with directives and regulations.
• Help be alert to alcohol abuse and take appropriate action.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
• Must meet federal suitability requirements including successful completion of background investigation.
• Resumes must include information demonstrating experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position.
• A Qualified Candidate Possesses The Following:
  • A minimum of one year experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, business operations, or equivalent leadership experience is required.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales operations.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to provide work direction to other employees.
