This includes ensuring that the operational and financial goals are met, creating member experiences that produce Raving Fans, and developing and leading a staff of servant leaders whose mission is to transform the lives of those they serve.

- Ensure club is fully staffed, and the team performs to NFP standards; this includes building a bench with team members.
