Requirements

• Must submit to a background check
• Must obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification
• Must obtain Tanning Certification
• Must be able to work on-site
• Must be able to attend occasional off-site meetings
• Minimum 40-hour work week

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proven customer service and leadership skills
• Exceptional leadership, coaching and communication skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and hard-working with a passion for helping others to succeed
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Physical Demands and Working Environment

• Work is performed in an indoor environment
• Exposure to noise, dust, mechanical and electrical hazards, and cleaning chemicals
• Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, and stand for prolonged periods of time
• To frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movement in the performance of daily duties
• To occasionally lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate amounts of weight (up to 50lbs)
• To verbally communicate to exchange information
• Occasional travel required for off-site meetings
• Maintain physical ability to administer CPR in the event of a medical emergency
• See in the normal visual range with or without correction
• Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction
