Club Manager

About the role

The Club Manager position at Anytime Fitness is a full-time opportunity with a competitive base salary of $35,000–$50,000, with potential for uncapped monthly performance bonuses leading to earnings of $60,000–$70,000+. This role is front-of-house sales and leadership, focusing on membership and training sales, leading group training sessions, market the club, build and lead your team, own the member experience, and manage club operations.

Requirements

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma minimum
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in an exercise-related field preferred
• Sales experience preferred or a genuine drive to learn and excel at it
• Leadership or management experience is a plus
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in a gym environment
