Club Manager

About the role

The Club Manager position at Anytime Fitness is a full-time opportunity with a competitive base salary of $35,000–$50,000, with potential for uncapped monthly performance bonuses leading to earnings of $60,000–$70,000+. This role is front-of-house sales and leadership, involving membership and training sales, leading group training, market the club, build and lead your team, own the member experience, and manage club operations.

Requirements

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma minimum
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in an exercise-related field preferred
• Sales experience preferred or genuine drive to learn and excel
• Leadership or management experience a plus
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in a gym environment
