Club Manager

About the role

The Club Manager position at Anytime Fitness is a full-time opportunity with a competitive base salary of $35,000–$50,000, with potential for uncapped monthly performance bonuses leading to earnings of $60,000–$70,000+. The role reports to a District Manager and involves leading a team, building relationships, and managing operations.

Requirements

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma minimum
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in an exercise-related field preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Leadership or management experience a plus
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in a gym environment
