Requirements
- 18+ years old with a high school diploma minimum
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in an exercise-related field preferred
- Sales experience preferred or a genuine drive to learn and excel
- Leadership or management experience is a plus
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties in a gym environment
