As a Regency Club Concierge, you’ll proudly represent the Hyatt Regency brand and play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests every day. You’ll work in our exclusive Regency Clubs, private lounges that cater to VIPs and frequent stay members, offering food and beverage services, current periodicals, and the latest in media and technology. This position involves refreshing the lounge, answering guest questions, making reservations or recommendations, and engaging in casual conversation while indulging special requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh the Regency Club lounge, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Provide food and beverage services to VIPs and frequent stay members.
• Answer guest questions and make reservations or recommendations.
• Engage in casual conversation and accommodate special requests.
• Utilize basic computer skills, including Opera Colleague Advantage and Excel (preferred).

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a relaxed environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required; knowledge of Opera Colleague Advantage and Excel preferred.

Interviews will be held onsite at Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM every Wednesday. For meeting room location, check in at the Security Office.
