Key Responsibilities
- Lead club player experience utilizing our existing soccer and volleyball programs and grow our leagues, teams, and staff to a “medium” sized club over 2-3 years.
- Network relationships in the youth space – ensure that players, families, and coaches know their opportunities in our organization.
- Ensure that our league and facility relationships are well maintained.
- Shape the vision and future of Eagle’s ministry to club/youth athletes.
- Integrate Youth Programs into the Eagle’s Ministry Pathway.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 or more years of experience in sport or ministry context
- USSF B license / equivalent or higher
Qualifications
- Full-time – Year-round
- Compensation: $70,000 (Hybrid support raising and program revenue)
