Key Responsibilities
- Hit Monthly Sales & Membership Goals through digital, community, and in-club outreach
- Lead, Coach & Hold Your Team Accountable to performance standards and daily KPI targets
- Grow Personal Training Revenue with strong Point-of-Sale conversions and Fitness Consultations
- Drive Culture & Retention by delivering an unmatched member experience and ensuring results
- Own Club Performance – Reporting, budgeting, member management, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales & Leadership Experience in fitness, retail, or service-based industries
- Track Record of Hitting or Exceeding Targets
- Strong understanding of club management tools (ClubReady, Club OS, MyFitnessPal – a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain
