About the role
The Cloud Technical Expert, Level 3 is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in cloud computing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions.
- Document and maintain knowledge base resources related to cloud technologies.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on cloud services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud computing environments.
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with cloud security best practices.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and containerization.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development frameworks like Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
