About the Role
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud System Administrator to join our team and support our client near Hill AFB, UT. As a Cloud Sys Admin, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on cloud environments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of IT services
- Proactively troubleshoot incidents, implement solutions to prevent future occurrences, and uphold high standards of security across all platforms
- Be in regular communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and delivering technical support in a clear and professional manner
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a Tier I/II/III helpdesk, desktop or systems administrator position
- Experience with AWS Cloud
- IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + or other approved certification)
- Experience with security audits, analysis and/or hardening
- Active Top Secret level clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Incident response experience
Pay
The base pay range for this position in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $100,200—$203,400 USD.
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
