About the role

The Cloud Support Intern supports cloud operations while gaining hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms, tools, and technologies in a remote work environment. Designed for high school students interested in exploring careers in technology, this internship provides the opportunity to work alongside experienced cloud engineers and IT professionals on real-world projects involving cloud implementation, maintenance, security, troubleshooting, automation, and optimization. This position operates in a telework environment with on-site work required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud operations and gain hands‑on experience with leading cloud platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Work alongside experienced cloud engineers and IT professionals on real‑world projects involving cloud implementation, maintenance, security, troubleshooting, automation, and optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and complete assigned tasks with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate curiosity, take initiative, apply feedback, and contribute to cloud‑related projects while developing technical and professional skills.

Requirements
